White Chocolate French Silk Pie Cookies, one of my favorite easy cookies to whip up for Valentine's Day!

1 package Tollhouse Ultimates Dark Chocolate Chunk cookie dough (this is optional. you can use any pre-made refrigerated cookie dough)
4 ounces good quality white chocolate
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted Butter, Softened
¾ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 whole Eggs
mini chocolate chips
