White Chocolate Pumpkin Scones

These yummy scones are perfect for fall breakfast or brunch. But we eat them all year long!

2 cups flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cut in the butter till crumbly. Add the chips. Mix the buttermilk, pumpkin, and vanilla and stir in just till mixture is moistened. Pat into a circle, about 3/4"...
