White Sangria with Nectarines, Plums, & Lemons

A light and refreshing sangria ... just perfect for summer sipping.

1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine (I used a blend similar to a pinot grigio)
1/4 c. light rum
2 T. sugar
2 sliced nectarines (I think peaches would work great, too)
2 sliced plums
1 sliced lemon
1 1/2 c. seltzer
1. Combine the wine, rum, and sugar in a pitcher; stir to dissolve the sugar. 2. Add the sliced fruit. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and up to 1 day. 3. Add the seltzer just before serving.
