2 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Icing:
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. shortening
