White Wine Dijon Chicken & Broccoli is an easy, healthy and tasty recipe that comes together in under 30 minutes! Serve it over brown rice, quinoa or pasta.

1 large sweet onion, chopped

3 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
