500gr whole grain spaggeti
500gr slightly concentrated tomato juice (passata)
1 onion
1 clove garlic
Half cinnamon stick
1 chicken bouillon cube or chicken broth
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Butter
Grated cheese
These are the ingredients for the basic tomato sauce. You can add more herbs or any ingredients you like! I personally added mushrooms, one small green pepper and basil
