These healthy, lightly sweetened muffins are the perfect snack for your hungry toddler!

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/4 cup demerara
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
