For the Streusel

¼ Cup (1.75 Ounces) Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Cup Rolled Oats, Roughly Chopped
3 Tablespoons Butter
Pinch of Salt
