1½ Cups (7 Ounces) White Whole Wheat Flour
½ Cup (3.5 Ounces) White Sugar
2½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
½ Cup Melted Coconut Oil or Vegetable Oil
1 Large Egg
¾ Cup Milk
¼ Teaspoon Coconut Extract ( Optional )
