Whole Wheat Tzatziki Bread

ith the start of a brand new year and the theme of January 2013 #TwelveLoaves challenge being "clean slate", my thought was to make a single yeast bread loaf with an ingredient that has been lingering in my fridge since the holiday's. Now, with a nicely cleaned fridge and a never before baked loaf of bread, I like the way this new year is taking shape already :)

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 package)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup warm water (110 - 115 degrees)
2 cups tzatziki sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
