1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c.oats (rolled or quick) + 1-2 T. for adornment
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 T. chia seeds
2 t. vanilla extract
2 c. grated carrots
