A simple soup that is amazing enough to warm that cold belly!

6 Cups Chicken Stock
1 PKG Mushrooms
3/4 Cup wild rice
1 Tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Teaspoon Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Corn Starch
1 Tablespoon Basil
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1/8 Teaspoon salt and pepper
