Wrap with Egg, Cucumber & Lamb's Lettuce Healthy Tasty Lunch

1 flour tortilla
1 egg (boiled)
Water
Cucumber (5 Slices)
1/2 cup Lamb's Lettuce
1. Place the egg in a saucepan of water & boil for 10 minutes. 2. Slice the cucumber and place in a bowl with the lamb's lettuce. Wash thoroughly. 3. Remove egg from heat, drain & fill some cold water into the saucepan. 4. Shell & slice the egg, 5. Place the sliced egg, sliced cucumber & lamb's lettuce into tortilla & serve on a plate.
