3.5 Cup rolled quick oats, food processed (or oat flour)
5 Cups whole wheat flour
3.5 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 Cup oil

1 Cup Oatmeal Pancake Mix (Made from the ingredients above)
1/2 Cup Whole Milk Yogurt
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 Egg

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
