Blender Jar Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Juice of one Lemon
1/4 cup Plain 0% Greek Yogurt or any style that you like.
1 ripe Pear, Chopped. I left the peel on. More healthful vitamins and fiber.
1-2 Tablespoons Honey. This will depend on how ripe and sweet your pear is. Add 1 T then after the ingredients are blended taste for desired sweetness
4-5 ice cubes. I used 5. I like my smoothies thick like ice cream!
