Yummy Low Fat Banana Bread

This is so easy to make and tastes great! It is also a great way to use up those ripe bananas on your counter (we tend to have a lot of those!).

2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs ( beaten )
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas ( about 3 to 5 bananas )
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup walnuts ( chopped optional )
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In a medium bowl combine eggs, mashed banana, sugar, and applesauce.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, and nuts and mix well.
