Yummy Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

This is it guys! Two classic cookie recipes rolled into one DELICIOUS one! This Oatmeal Peanut Butter cookie is perfect with a glass of milk or cup of tea and is bursting with flavor and a nice chewy center!!

1 1/4 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 lg Egg
1/4 cup Margarine (or butter)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Quick Cooking Oats (you may need more to thicken your batter depending on the size of your egg and if you choose to use creamy peanut butter instead)
