1 medium onion, chopped
½ large jalapeño, minced (or more if you like)
3 cups rice
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
1 can chicken broth plus ¼ cup water
½ teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon chili power or so
1 can black beans or whatever you like, drained, rinsed
2 cups frozen corn
1 cup canned tomatoes, diced
½ large jalapeño, minced (or more if you like)
3 cups rice
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
1 can chicken broth plus ¼ cup water
½ teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon chili power or so
1 can black beans or whatever you like, drained, rinsed
2 cups frozen corn
1 cup canned tomatoes, diced
Just throw everything except the black bean in rice cooker, I added beans when the cooker dinged! Then stir them in and let set to get them hot.
