Zucchini and mushrooms in a pan

3-4 small zucchini
300g mushrooms
3 sprigs of fresh garlic
3 tablespoons flour
salt
oil sprinkling
vinegar
Wash zucchini and mushrooms. Cut the zucchini into thin slices using a potato peeler. Salt them. Drain them. Sprinkle with flour and oil and mix them. Bake them in a ribbed pan. Cut the mushrooms and sprinkle with oil. And bake them. Combine zucchini and mushrooms and add the chopped garlic. Put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle with vinegar.
