Zucchini and Sun Dried Tomato Sea Shells

Sea Shells pasta with sauteed zuchinni and sun-dried tomato's.

8 oz Sea Shells
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt

2 cups sliced zuchinni (about 2 medium)
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper

¼ cup diced sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
¼ cup pasta water
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
