Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

3 Cups Zucchini, shredded
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Oil
3 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped ( opt. )

Cream Cheese Frosting: Cream together 6 oz. Cream Cheese, Soften, 4 T. Butter and 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract.
Beat in 2 ½ C. Powdered Sugar until smooth and spreadable.

Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting: Stir in ¼ tsp. Cinnamon.
Mix Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Sea Salt and Cinnamon. Beat Eggs, stir in Sugar and Zucchini. Stir Flour mixture into Zucchini mixture, fold in Nuts ( Opt. ) Pour in pan, bake until toothpick...
