A simple , fresh, vegetarian, summer meal. Premade pie crust with a mixture of cream cheese and pesto topped with fresh zucchini & squash.

1 pie crust (I used Pillsbury - they come in a pack of 2)
2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons pesto (I used a premade or you can make your own)
1 small zucchini
1 small squash
salt & pepper, to taste
lemon pepper, to taste
