The sweet blackberry and blueberry juices blend together in this single serving mini cobbler.

Blackberries (about 4 large)
Blueberries (25g, handful)
1/2 Tbsp light butter, spray butter from the bottle, or applesauce
2 Tbsp splenda,
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Mix ingredients together.
Line the bottom of the ramekin with blackberries, and put the blueberries on top. The fruit should more than cover the bottom of the ramekin dish.
