Yummy and sweet with a little heat, these boneless buffalo chicken tenders are a crowd pleaser for any party or get together. It's just a fried chicken batter and a sweet with some heat BBQ sauce glaze and buttermilk/yogurt dressing for dipping. Yum. I want one in my tummy right now!

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 chicken breast ( cut into 2 inch strips )


Combine flour, salt, peppers, and spices in a bowl. Whisk together egg and buttermilk in another bowl. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk/egg mixture first and then roll into the flour mixture. Set in fridge for 30 minutes. Then fry in oil laying out on some paper towels to blot excess oil. Mix ranch dressing and plain yogurt 1/2 cup of each for dipping sauce. Glaze is made with Franks Hot sauce and brown sugar, 1/2 cup of each mixed with 2 Tablespoons of butter in a saucepan till blended and warm. Glaze fried chicken. Then dip in your favorite ranch dressing dip.

Boneless Buffalo Wings Glaze (like Wingers)

1/2    cup    hot sauce ( Franks Louisiana Style )
brown sugar 2    tablespoons    butter ( Real )

Buttermilk Dipping Sauce

1    cup    ranch dressing
1    cup    plain greek yogurt

Mix up and use for buffalo wing dipping sauce.
