¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup Gluten Free oat flour
2 tbsp tapioca flour
2 tbsp ¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 small apple, washed and sliced into thin wedges
optional add-ins: walnuts, almonds, raisins, other fresh fruit
