4 (4oz) tilapia fillets (thawed if frozen)
2-3 tsp lime juice (from 1 lime)
1/2 tsp lime zest (from 1 lime)
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
3/4 tsp salt, divided
3/4 tsp pepper, divided
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2c whole wheat pastry flour (you can use all purpose flour instead)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 tsp lime juice (from 1 lime)
1/2 tsp lime zest (from 1 lime)
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
3/4 tsp salt, divided
3/4 tsp pepper, divided
1/4 tsp garlic powder
