Here is a great recipe to serve when you are having dinner guests. You can make it ahead of time, I have even made it the night before- put it in the refrigerator- then all you have to do is bake it.

1 pkg. 8 oz. lasagna noodles- uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
4 C. spaghetti sauce-
1 16 oz. cottage cheese
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbl. grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 Tbl. parsely flakes
salt & pepper to taste

Cook noodles, lay flat onto tin foil sprayed with oil to cool. Brown meat, drain and add the spaghetti sauce to it. Put 1 C. sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan
