1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 teaspoon Ginger, diced
2 Cup Bok Choy, cut in 2” sticks
6 ounces Pea Pods or 15 oz. can Mini Ears of Corn, drain
8 ounces Button Mushrooms, slice or 4 oz. canned, drain
8 ounces Water Chestnuts, drain
2 partially frozen Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoon Rice Wine or Sherry
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 teaspoon Ginger, diced
2 Cup Bok Choy, cut in 2” sticks
6 ounces Pea Pods or 15 oz. can Mini Ears of Corn, drain

Slice Chicken Breasts thin. Marinate 15 min. if desired.
Whisk Broth, Oyster Sauce, Rice Wine, Cornstarch and Sugar, set aside.
