No-Bake Granola Bars

A great on-the-go snack - they hold up very well and it's easy to individually wrap them for a snack on-the-run.

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (I used pecans)
1/2 cup dried fruit (I used raisins)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
