Ranch Sour Cream Dill Potato Salad

This creamy potato salad is flavored with dill, sour cream, chunks of cheese, green onions and much more!

2 pd yukon gold potatoes peeled chunked
8c water
8 chicken bullion cubes
2 tb white wine vinegar
3 tb olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 16 oz cont sour cream
1-1oz pck ranch salad mix
11/4 c cooked crumbled bacon
5 hard boiled eggs chopped
11/2 c cubed cheddar cheese
2 bunches thinly sliced green onions
1c chopped celery
1 tsp. dill
3 eggs boiled sliced
