Rockin Rosemary Porkchops


6 pork chops
1 cup bread crumbs, plain
1 tablespoon rosemary
to taste salt and pepper
4 tablespoons yellow mustard


In a large zip-loc bag add breadcrumbs and rosemary. Dry pork chops with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Spread thin layer of mustard over each porkchop. Place chop in bag and shake until even coated. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with other pork chops! Bake at 375 until chops are done.
