When I searched for a savoury pie recipe I happened to view some of the wonderful dishes that were called the Shepherd's Pie. All those pics made me drool over it, so decided to try it out and satisfy myself. ... and yes of course my family too. Made this for dinner and surprisingly my li'l boy - the fussy eater - loved it so much that he gladly asked for a second helping. Hubby loved it too and asked me to keep making it whenever I can. 4 potatoes ( boiled and mashed )
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
to taste salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper



2    cups    pasta ( cooked )
2    tablespoons    cream
1    cup    milk
salt 1/2    teaspoon    pepper


4    turkey sausage links ( cut in cubes )
1    onion ( chopped )
1    carrots ( chopped )
1/2    cabbage ( chopped )
1/2    chili peppers ( chopped )
2    tomato ( chopped )
1/4    teaspoon    turmeric
1/2    teaspoon    chili powder ( kashmir )
1/2    teaspoon    garam masala
1/4    teaspoon    ground cumin
salt    to taste    fresh coriander leaf ( garnish )

Coriander leaves - for garnish

Pepper - 1/2 tsp
