Here’s an even easier recipe for my favorite raw truffles that requires no food processor or blender. That’s right, you only need a fork!

½ cup of dates
2/3 cup of shredded coconut and/or crushed nuts
2/3 cup of shredded coconut and/or crushed nuts
Soak your dates in drinking water for a few hours.
Take them out of the water and mash them with a fork.
Add the shredded coconut and mix them with the dates.
Make small balls out of the mixture and roll...
