20 Minute Chicken Parmesan

This is a classic dish that you can make in 20 minutes!The chicken is crispy, the sauce is tart and your kids will ask for seconds and thirds!

4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
2 eggs (or egg substitute if you're staying away from yolks)
1/4 cup flour (White or whole wheat)
1 cup panko
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 jar of marinara or pasta sauce
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons of oil
8 Basil leaves, chopped or 1 heaping teaspoon of dried basil
1 box of fettuccine
1/4 cup of Parmesan, grated
