3-cheese Ravioli with butter lemon sauce

This ravioli is super delicious and not too difficult to make. You can make it using a box cheese ravioli as well.

For the ravioli pasta dough:
2 cups of flour
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt

For the ravioli cheese filling: (The cheeses can be change based on preference!)
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/2 a cup of mozzarella cheese
5 tablespoons of cream cheese
Parsley
1 spoon of milk

For the sauce and pasta sides:
Garlic
1/2 a pound of ground beef
1 can of corn
1 green bell pepper, sliced into small cubes

1 stick of butter
Half a lemon
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoons milk
For the pasta dough: 1- Lay out flour on a clean surface and pile it in the shape of a mountain. Remove the flour from the middle to make a hole. 2- Crack eggs into the hole in the middle, mix with spoon, add salt. 3- Gradually, begin to add flour from the sides to the egg, and mix, until you have a ball of dough. 4- Add flour/olive oil per need. 5- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Knead the dough for at least 15 minutes then roll out. Use a shape cutter or any cup with the size of ravioli you want. For the cheese filling: 1- Combine all the cheese and milk in a food processor. 2- After it has been mixed add chopped parsley. To make the ravioli: -Dab water on the edge of the circle dough, place a spoon of the filling in the middle, and cover the circle pasta with another circle pasta and squeeze it tight on the edges with a fork. Make sure it is sealed. To cook the ravioli: -Place it in salted boiling water for about 8-15 minutes (it depends on the size.) -Drain well. Drain well. The sauce: -Place olive oil in a skillet with garlic. Mix until the garlic is incorporated in the oil. Add ground beef and green peppers. -Add corn after a few minutes of cooking. -Add italian spices or whatever spices are available for flavor. In another skillet: 1- Melt the butter. 2- Add milk, and black pepper. To put it all together: -Place hot ravioli on plate. -Add meat/green pepper mixture. - Drown in lemon better sauce. -Add chopped parsley and mozzarella on top. Bon Appetite!
