Seriously, it doesn't get much easier then this. If you don't have a very high success rate with bread don't be scared of this recipe because I'm pretty sure it's impossible to mess this up! ...waiting for the bananas to become overripe was just about the hardest part about this recipe! My son loves, loves, LOVES bananas, so I had to hide them from him.

1 Yellow Cake Mix
2 eggs
4-5 Overripe bananas
{optional...but encouraged} 1-3/4 cups chocolate chips
Any amount works really, I just used what I had left which was 1-3/4 cup

Add all ingredients to a large bowl {or stand mixer} and mix well.
Fill two medium, greased loaf pans, or one large loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
