3 Meat Rigatoni

Three meats make for a hearty Italian pasta sauce.

1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. Italian sausage
3 oz. pepperoni
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
½ tsp. basil leaves, crushed
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (10 oz.) tomato paste
1 pkg. (16 oz) rigatoni pasta
Parmesan cheese for topping
In large pot, brown beef and sausage; adding pepperoni when meat is nearly cooked. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2-4 hours. Cook rigatoni noodles according to package directions. Drain. Serve pasta with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Tips: May need to add water if simmering sauce gets too thick. Works well in the crock pot.
