5 Cup Salad

A fantastic salad that has been a fixture at our holiday table as long as I can remember. The longer it sits, the better it gets, but none is ever left long enough to spoil!

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. shredded sweetened coconut
1 c. mandarin oranges, well drained
1 can black sweet cherries, well drained
Combine all of the above together. Stir thoroughly. Chill. Much better made the day before. Note: I always drain the liquid from the mandarin orange can and the liquid from the black cherry can together. Makes a nice treat.
