5-Star Marinated Chicken

This very simple marinade comes together in minutes — after all, it’s made up of only 4 ingredients. Then just bake or grill the chicken and enjoy any left-overs in sandwiches and on salads throughout the week. The perfect light, healthy summer dinner!

1 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
¾ cup orange juice
¼ cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons minced fresh rosemary (or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary)
1 ½ lbs. chicken tenders (or chicken breasts, just increase cooking time)
