These are my favorite Christmas treats! Buttery, flaky, sweet and only 50 calories!

1 Cup Whole wheat pastry flour, measured correctly *
¾ Cup All purpose flour
½ Cup Cold butter, cut into cubes.
½ A whole egg, lightly beaten **
1 Egg yolk
½ tsp Salt
¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp Non fat, plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Warm water
½ tsp Granulated sugar
½ Package yeast (not the rapid rise!)
1 Cup Granulated sugar for rolling, divided
