A-1 Marinated Ribeye

A juicy marinated ribeye with tons of flavor.

1 1/2 in. thick USDA Ribeye steak
A1 Marinade
2 tbsp. canola oil
A1 Marinade
2 tbsp. canola oil
Marinade your steaks in the A1 for at least 2 hours before cooking. Tip; the longer you marinade the stronger the flavor.
Heat Oven to Broil.
Heat oil in a pan.
Sear steaks for 30 sec. per side. Tip: remember to only flip steak once, you are searing your steak not cooking.
Place in oven on a broiler pan for 4 min. per side. After 4 min. flip steak to cook other side. only flip once.
Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 min. before slicing (this allows the natural juices to redistribute throughout the steak). Your steak should be medium-rare, if you need it more well done leave steak in for longer than 4 min. each side.
