Almond Butter Granola

I have always loved our honey granola, but lately we have been on a MAJOR almond butter kick. I decided to switch it up and make it with almond butter, and I added in some coconut chips and chopped almond.

2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup coconut chips
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
