Roasted almonds and cheesecake create the perfect dessert!

Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup salted butter, softened (2 sticks)
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Cheesecake filling:
1 & 1/2 package of cream cheese, softened (12 ounces)
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 larges eggs at room temperature

Frosting:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup salted butter, softened
1 teaspoon almond extract
5 teaspoons whole milk

Pan roasted almonds:
1/2 cup natural sliced almonds
1 tablespoon salted butter
3 tablespoon sugar
