This gooey roll combines some of my favorite flavors. Coconut, chocolate, and cinnamon rolls. Your family will be thrilled to wake up to the smells of these delicious Almond Joy Gooey Rolls

1¼ cups warm water

2 teaspoons baking yeast

3 Tablespoons sugar

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

For Filling
½ cup butter, softened to room temperature (half a stick)

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

? cup milk chocolate chips

2 cups shredded coconut

? cup fat free sweetened condensed milk

For Icing
4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 Tablespoon butter, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon coconut extract
