Amazing apple pie

End your meal with delicious apple pie.

Apples 10,5 oz (300gr)
Eggs 2
Flour 2cups+ 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1tsp
Butter 1stick 5tbsp (250gr)
Cinnamon 1tsp

1) Peel apples and cut them into pieces. Set aside.
2) Separate yolks and egg whites. Put egg whites in the fridge.
3) Mix yolks with 1/2 cup of sugar.
4) Cut butter into inch wide pieces and add to yolks-sugar mix.
5) Add 2 cups of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder to yolks-sugar-butter mix.
*** I like mixing with hands***
6) When dough is mixed cut 1/3 off of it and put it in the freezer.
7) Oil cake tray and press left dough in the bottom and sides.Put tray in the fridge.
8) Preheat oven 350 \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' (175\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'C)
9) Whisk egg whites in thick foam.
10) Keep whisking and add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
11) Add apples to egg whites-sugar-cinnamon foam and mix.
12) Take cake out on the fridge and put apples into it.
13) Take 1/3 dough out and put it in the bowl with 1/2 cup of flour. Make crums using hands.
14) Sprinkle crums over over your pie.
15) Bake for 45-50 minutes.
16) Take pie out and cool complitely.
