Eggs, hash browns, sausage, and cheese breakfast baked in a muffin tin.

3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/8 teaspoon pepper
12 breakfast sausage links
6 eggs
2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
fresh chives or green onions, chopped
