Andes Mint Stuffed Brownies

These Andes Mint Stuffed Brownies consist of a chewy brownie layer, an Andes mint in every bite, and another top brownie layer. They truly taste as delicious as they look!

1 1/2 cups butter, melted
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 (4.67 oz) boxes individually wrapped Andes mints
