Do you wish for a delicious muffin recipe that just makes you imagine of a warm, comfy , old sweet home were no one can bother you? Well you're lucky guys 'cause you just hit jackpot! These little guys have this special comforting and good warmth that just enters your soul. And what can I say, it has apple and cinnamon, two of my all time favorite things in the world :')

3/4 cup(85 grams) Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup+1 1/2 tbsps. (70 grams) All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsps. Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
1/4 cup Minus 1 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
2 small-sized Apples, peeled ,cored ,and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup(120mL.) Milk, at room temperature
1 Egg, beaten and at room temperature
1/4 cup(4 tbsps., 56 grams) Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
For topping:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup+1 1/2 tbsps. (70 grams) All-Purpose Flour

For topping:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Prepare a muffin tin with paper baking cups or grease the pan.
In a large bowl, sift together the flours ,baking powder, salt ,and cinnamon. Add the cinnamon and mix well; add in the apples; mix well.
In other bowl , mix milk ,egg ,and butter together .
Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients folding gently to combine them together.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, set aside. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F(200 degrees C)
For topping; mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle topping evenly among batter.
Bake for 20-25minutes, until they have risen and are golden and when pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on rack until desired warmth er whatever..hehe. :B
