Apple BBQ Chicken

This is a family staple in our house as it is so easy! Sweet from the apples with just enough kick to call it BBQ. Ingredients can easily be adjusted for more sweetness or more spice depending on your families preference.

4-6 Boneless skinless chicken tenders
20 oz. BBQ Sauce (I prefer Sweet Baby Rays)
½ c. Applesauce
1-2 c. Apple Juice
¼ c. Dried onion
1 T. Yellow Mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 t. Red Pepper Flakes
Directions Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 3.5 hours or low for 7 hours, stirring occasionally. Add more apple juice for desired consistency
