Apple Butter and Mascarpone Tart

As you can see on my blog, I love the apple-cheese cream combination. This time I tried something new, apple butter. It is amazing and creamy. Plus, you can preserve it in jars for months.

Apple Butter

- 1 kilo of apples;
- 100 g sugar;
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon;

Tart Crust

- 250 g flour;
- 120 g butter;
- 2 egg yolks;
- 80 g powdered sugar;
- 3-4 tablespoons of cold water;
- a pinch of salt;

Mascarpone Cream

- 250 g mascarpone;
- 100 ml heavy cream;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of unbeaten whip cream;
